How I lost 10lbs in 3 days

I know what you’re thinking, 10lbs in 3 days?! Impossible. But it isn’t.

If you’re anything like me and love your food and hate exercise this is probably the diet for you. I recently discovered a diet plan called “The Military Diet” which sounds a lot more scary than it actually is. A lot of the diet is based around foods like tuna, egg and even ice cream.

This is an illustrated version of the diet plan

Although the Military Diet does have a food plan it can also be altered and a lot of the foods can have their own substitutions. I logged my diet throughout the three days with all of the substitutions I made it STILL WORKED!

Day 1:

Breakfast- 1 slice of peanut butter on toast, an orange and a green tea

Lunch – Tuna sandwich on brown bread with a green tea

Dinner – Chicken and salad wrap with balsamic vinegar from ‘Tossed’

Day 2:

Breakfast – Poached egg on toast

Lunch – Boiled egg sandwich on brown bread with a green tea and a banana

Dinner – Two slices of ham with steamed veg

Day 3:

Breakfast – 1/2 an apple, a slice of cheddar cheese and 5 crackers

Lunch – An egg sandwich on brown bread

Dinner – Tuna Salad

Throughout the three days I didn’t do any exercise other than the normal walking I would do through the day and at work and when I weighed myself after the 3 days I had dropped the 10 pounds promised! Most people who try the Military Diet loose between 6-10lbs.

I have decided to alternate this diet with a normal diet each 3 days to continue my weight-loss program in a healthy and practical way.

[Disclaimer: I did not invent the Military Diet, I found it on Youtube]
